EBANDELI YA SIKA: A New Dawn of Excellence at the 1st Session of ECAMUN 2026
The 1st Session of ECAMUN 2026 unfolded under the powerful and prophetic theme “EBANDELI YA SIKA” A New Dawn. True to its meaning, this conference marked the rise of a new era of intellectual brilliance, diplomatic mastery, and transformative leadership for our delegation.
From the very first gavel strike, it was evident that our students were not merely attending the conference they were shaping it.

Day 1: Setting the Standard
Day One was highly competitive and intellectually enriching, bringing together top schools from East, Central, and West Africa. The atmosphere was charged with sharp debate, complex global issues, and high expectations.
Our delegation began on an extraordinary note.
Hargun Kaur and Matthew Osodo earned two prestigious judging appointments in the Special Summit, immediately positioning our school among the conference’s elite.
Jamal Imani and Janel Hana were selected among the twenty nominated panelists for the International Court of Justice (ICJ) a remarkable distinction in such a competitive forum.
Solana Imbiru served with distinction as an ICJ Judge, reinforcing our reputation for judicial excellence and analytical depth.
Even as the day concluded with educational engagement at the National Museum, one truth had already become clear: the dawn had broken and it bore our name.
Day 2: Commanding the Global Stage
If Day One set the tone, Day Two amplified it.
The morning opened with a high-octane and intellectually commanding General Assembly presentation delivered with clarity and confidence by Janel Hana and Kayleen M. Ochieng. Their articulation, composure, and command of global discourse set the conference ablaze and defined the day’s trajectory.
