Upon completion of Year 11, students undertake the Edexcel International GCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education), followed by 'A' Levels, which are structured around AS levels at the conclusion of Year 12 and A2 Levels at the end of Year 13. At Jalaram Academy, International GCSE students are prepared to engage in a diverse selection of subjects.

 

Core subjects include Mathematics, English Language, and Information Technology, while students have the opportunity to choose an additional six subjects from a range that includes English Literature, French, Kiswahili, Biology, Physics, Geography, History, Art & Design, Accounts, Economics, and Chemistry.

 

Students pursuing the 'A' Level GCE typically select four AS Level subjects from an extensive list that encompasses English Literature, French, Mathematics (including Pure Maths and/or), Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, History, Art & Design, Economics, Business Studies, Accounts, and Computing. Subsequently, three subjects are advanced to the full A-Level stage in Upper Form VI.
