Jalaram Academy Crowned Best School in STEM/Robotics at Strathmore University

During the recent STEM and Robotics Projects competition held at Strathmore University, Jalaram Academy was honored with the title of Best School. This accolade is more than a trophy it is a testament to the innovative culture we foster and the hard work of both our students and educators.
In an era defined by rapid technological advancement, our students continue to excel through hands-on learning, coding, engineering, and creative problem-solving. Their projects don’t just demonstrate technical skill; they offer real-world solutions and reflect the forward-thinking approach embedded in our curriculum.
Groundbreaking Ideas at Young Scientists Kenya (YSK)
The energy was palpable at the 8th National Science and Technology Exhibition hosted at Moi Educational Centre, South C. Jalaram Academy’s young scientists stood out among the nation’s brightest minds, presenting projects that tackled pressing issues.
Our students didn’t just participate; they inspired. With innovative prototypes and thoughtful research, they embodied the theme of this year’s YSK. This experience reaffirms the critical role of STEM education in shaping tomorrow’s problem-solvers.

At a prestigious international academic contest in Kuala Lumpur, our team faced fierce competition from 3,400 participants worldwide. Only the top 10% advanced and all 13 of our students not only advanced but returned with medals.
Even more impressively, 12 of these scholars secured direct qualification to the Tournament of Champions, set to take place in the USA in November 2025. This is a historic milestone and a clear reflection of the academic rigor and supportive learning environment at Jalaram Academy.
A Culture of Excellence
These achievements share a common thread: they are the result of a sustained commitment to excellence, critical thinking, and resilience. Whether through building robots, designing scientific inquiries, mastering game theory, or competing academically on a global scale, our students are being prepared to lead and innovate in a complex world.
We extend our deepest congratulations to all our students, your hard work continues to inspire us. Our gratitude also goes to the dedicated teachers, mentors, and parents who support these young trailblazers every step of the way.
