On 4th October 2019, the Nursery section celebrated Green Day in school. All the teachers and students dressed in green attires in the spirit of the green day celebration.
The students were taught the importance of conserving the environment. Their first step in maintaining a green environment was learning how to make crafts with recyclables.
They were showed how to make toothbrush and toothpaste holders from plastic plates instead of throwing the plates.
There was also a competition held whereby students had to draw and color green fruits and vegetables. The winning drawings were posted on the school notice board which was also decorated from recyclable paper.
It was not only an educational day but also an enjoyable day for the students.
